When you buy tires and wheels from Limitless Tire, you are backed by both the manufacturer's warranty and our in-house road hazard and workmanship guarantees. Below is an overview of what is covered.
1. Manufacturer Warranty
Every new tire and wheel sold by Limitless Tire is covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage terms (mileage and time) vary by brand and model. Limitless Tire will assist you with the manufacturer's warranty claim process at no additional charge.
2. Road Hazard Protection
All eligible new tires purchased from Limitless Tire include our Road Hazard Protection for peace of mind on the road. This covers:
- Tire repair (puncture, nail, road debris) at no charge
- Replacement of a non-repairable tire on a pro-rated basis, based on remaining tread depth
- Free flat-tire fix-it service at any of our 5 locations
Road hazard coverage applies for the lesser of 3 years from the date of purchase or until the tire reaches 2/32" of remaining tread depth.
What is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by collision, vandalism, fire, or theft
- Damage caused by improper inflation, overloading, racing, or off-road use beyond the tire's rated capability
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect tire performance
- Tires used on commercial or fleet vehicles unless declared at time of sale
3. Workmanship Guarantee
All installation, balancing, and alignment services performed at any Limitless Tire location are backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee. If a balance or alignment issue arises due to our workmanship, we will correct it at no charge for as long as you own the vehicle.
4. Free Lifetime Services
With the purchase of a set of 4 tires from Limitless Tire, you receive:
- Free lifetime tire rotations (every 8,000 km recommended)
- Free lifetime tire re-balancing
- Free flat repairs on covered tires
- Free tire pressure checks and inspections
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Bring the tire(s) and your original proof of purchase to any Limitless Tire location.
- Our certified technicians will inspect the tire and determine whether the issue is covered under manufacturer warranty, road hazard, or workmanship guarantee.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the tire in accordance with the applicable coverage terms.
6. Wheel & Rim Warranty
Custom wheels and rims sold by Limitless Tire are covered by the manufacturer's structural warranty. Cosmetic finishes (chrome, powder coat, paint) are typically covered for 1 year against peeling and corrosion under normal use.
