Returns

To qualify for a return:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition, including packaging and labels.

Please review individual product listings for specific return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, mounted, or installed tires and rims
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Final sale or clearance items

To start a return, contact our support team by email at info@limitlesstire.com or by phone at 1-647-748-8473. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

Return & Refund Window

  • Return Period: 30 days from delivery
  • Refund Processing Time: Up to 10 business days after approval
  • Restocking Fee: None
  • Return Method: By mail
  • Return Label: Customer responsibility (unless defective/damaged)
  • Currency: CAD (Canadian Dollars)

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

Exchanges
