- Products must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition, including packaging and labels.

- Used, mounted, or installed tires and rims
- Custom or special-order products
- Final sale or clearance items

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
