1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, and must not have been mounted or driven on (for tires and rims).
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@limitlesstire.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Limitless Tire will cover all return shipping costs.
- Customer Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged for returns of defective items.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@limitlesstire.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
