Shipping Policy

At Limitless Tire we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and at a fair price. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Limitless Tire does not currently ship outside of Canada.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 CAD (before taxes) shipped anywhere in Canada.
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Local Pickup: Free in-store pickup is available at all 5 of our GTA locations: North York, Brampton, Mississauga, Pickering, and Burlington.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Greater Toronto Area (GTA): 1–3 business days
  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
  • Western & Atlantic Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Northern Territories: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays during peak seasons (winter tire season, holidays) may impact delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout, including your tracking number and carrier link. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@limitlesstire.com.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

All packages are insured. If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.

Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Limitless Tire is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.
