Our Commitment

Limitless Tire is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. Standards We Follow

Our website, limitlesstire.com, strives to conform to the following standards:

  • Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) – including the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR).

In-Store Accessibility

All five of our locations (North York, Brampton, Mississauga, Pickering, Burlington) feature:

  • Accessible parking spaces near the main entrance
  • Step-free, accessible entrances
  • Accessible washrooms (where available)
  • Service animals welcomed in accordance with AODA
  • Staff trained in accessible customer service per the AODA Customer Service Standard

Requesting Accessible Formats

Upon request, we will provide information about our products and services in an accessible format or with communication supports. We will consult with the person making the request to determine the suitability of the format or support, and will provide it in a timely manner at no additional cost.

When reporting an issue, please include the web address (URL) of the page, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology (if any) you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

Multi-Year Accessibility Plan
