What does the GTA Road Hazard Guarantee cover?▼
Damage from potholes, road debris, nails, screws, glass, and other non-repairable punctures. Includes free flat repairs, free re-mounting, free patching, and pro-rated tread replacement if the tire is destroyed. Coverage starts the day your tires are installed at any of our 5 GTA branches.
Is it really free?▼
Yes. The guarantee is included at no extra charge with every set of four eligible tires installed at our shop. No membership, no upsell, no fine-print fees. Tier 1 brands (Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Pirelli) get 5 years; Tier 2 brands (Goodyear, Yokohama, Toyo, Hankook, Falken, BFGoodrich, and others) get 3 years.
Which tires are eligible?▼
Any complete set of four new passenger or light-truck tires purchased and installed at any Limitless Tire GTA location. Commercial, racing, and trailer tires are excluded. Tires shipped elsewhere or installed at a 3rd-party shop are not covered.
Does it cover winter and summer tires?▼
Yes. Both seasonal sets are covered on the same vehicle, with one caveat: the guarantee follows the tires you bought from us. If you store your other set at home and bring them back for swap-on, only the set you bought here qualifies for road hazard claims.
How do I make a claim?▼
Call 1-647-748-8473 or bring the vehicle to any of our 5 branches (North York, Brampton, Mississauga, Pickering, Burlington). We will inspect on-site within 24 hours. Bring your original invoice or order number, no paperwork rituals.
Is the replacement pro-rated?▼
Yes, based on remaining tread depth. If the tire still has at least 50% of its original tread when destroyed, you get a 50% credit toward a new replacement. We measure on-site with a digital depth gauge, fully transparent.
