    • Returned products must be in their original packaging and unopened. This ensures that the product can be resold as new.
    • We do not accept returns for products that have been installed. Any signs of installation or use will void the return.
    • All tires must have the original stickers intact. Removed or tampered stickers indicate usage and will disqualify the return.
    • The product must be in resellable condition, which means no damage, no missing parts, and in perfect condition for resale as brand new.
  3. Proof of Purchase:

    • Proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns. This helps us verify the purchase and process the return accurately.
    • Customers must obtain approval for returns before sending any items back. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
    • Images of the product in its current condition must be provided to obtain return approval. This helps us assess the condition of the product before it is returned.
  4. Return Process:

    • Customers must fill out the return request form available on our website under the Customer Service section at the link labeled “Return Request”. This form collects essential information to process your return efficiently.
    • Approval for returns must be obtained via email from ecomm@limitlesstire.com. We will review your request and respond with further instructions.
    • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please follow these instructions carefully to avoid delays.
  5. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the wrong product was delivered. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the return is received safely. Limitless Tire is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  6. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. This ensures that you receive your refund in the same way you made the payment.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
    • Refunds take between 5 to 10 business days to process after the return is received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
    • Customers will receive an email confirmation once their return has been processed and the refund issued. This notification will include details of the refund.
  7. Exchanges:

    • Customers can exchange items within 7 days of the original purchase. The same conditions for returns apply to exchanges.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. This includes the cost of shipping the original item back to us and the cost of shipping the new item to you.
    • To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as returns by filling out the return request form and obtaining approval.
  8. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Clearance items, custom orders, and products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
    • Opened products that cannot be resold as new are also non-returnable. This includes items with broken seals, missing parts, or signs of use.

    • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

    • Returns are not accepted for international orders. This is due to the complexities and costs involved in international shipping.
    • Exceptions may be made if the customer is willing to cover all expenses related to the return. Limitless Tire reserves the right to make the final decision on such exceptions.

    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item.
    • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please consider this fee when deciding to return a product.
